  Tetra Pak introduces automated spare parts handling

Univeyor has supplied a new, automated storage and picking system for Tetra Pak. The warehouse holds 56,000 different spare parts and delivers to customers worldwide.

System delivery with state-of-the-art WMS
The system delivery from Univeyor automates the entire flow – from goods receipt, infeed to and outfeed from storage, order picking, packing and despatch. All functional areas are connected by a state-of-the-art conveying system and a complete Warehouse Management System which integrates and controls the entire process. The Univeyor WMS system receives orders from the ERP-system (SAP R/3) and the orders are communicated by means of user-friendly, graphical touch screens holding all the relevant data.
