Successful Univeyor Service Management

The aftersales department is experiencing a growing interest in its services. The department focuses on the entire range of services, from service and hotline agreements (to optimise the operational time and life expectancy of the system) to extensions and rebuilding of the systems to ensure that future growth can be catered for.

A recent example would be the Service and Hotline Agreement with ARDO, in Denmark. The company manufactures frozen vegetables and vegetable based convenience foods, partly under the Frigodan name and partly as a private label. The company has nearly 200 employees and a yearly turnover of 400 million DKK.

In 2004, ARDO invested in a Univeyor pallet conveying and stretch-wrapping system for their premises in Nyborg, Denmark. At the same time, the company entered into a Service and Hotline agreement with Univeyor.

  We chose to enter into a Service and Hotline agreement with Univeyor when commissioning our new system nearly a year ago. The operational time of the system is crucial to our production and therefore our support requirements are very high.

The Univeyor Aftersales Department has proven to be able to handle the job – both as regards assistance during commissioning and the demand for immediate support during daily operation.
