UK USM agreement signed with market leader

UNIVEYORs UK service department is doing well at the moment and has contributed with many new service agreements and projects recently. Now the department has entered into its first UK UNIVEYOR Service Management agreement. The 5-year agreement has been signed with the UK market leader within Aquatic and Pet products, Interpet Ltd, whose distribution centre is in Bridgwater, Somerset. The agreement is to support the UNIVEYOR miniload storage system with 3 miniload cranes and 4 picking stations.

The Interpet USM agreement with UNIVEYOR ensures the company an optimal utilization of its system and equipment owing to the hotline support. The hotline support covers any PC, PLC and mechanical as well as software related operational problems that might occur. In this way Interpet reduces the risk of operational stops significantly and sustains a reliable operational flow – besides this, the company will also receive preventive service visits on a regular basis as well as the opportunity of free use of UNIVEYORs service technician on call in case of operational stops. Now Interpet can focus on the competence, which has made the company market leader and at the same time enjoy the fact that they do not have to worry about unexpected maintenance costs.
