Univeyor roars on Tigers with sponsorship
deal for Tuilagi
Univeyor has agreed to sponsor Leicester Tigers winger Alesana
Tuilagi. Alesana, 25 who was born in Fogapoa, Samoa, joined
Leicester Tigers from Italian club Parma in 2004. He was among the
top try-scorers in the Italian league and has gained ten
international caps including five this summer.
Tigers have long maintained a position as one of the top rugby
union clubs in the UK. They kicked off the new 2006/07 season on a
high, with a convincing 35 – 23 win against the current champions
Sales Sharks on September 3rd. Tuilagi started the 2006/2007
season approaching 50 appearances for the club and has already
scored 17 tries.
