New owner of Univeyor A/S

Univeyor A/S has for the past 10 years been owned by Columbus McKinnon Corp., but on 25 July 2008, the company was sold to the owners of the Danish company Industrial Automation Group A/S (IAG).

IAG already owns Jokan A/S, Seelen A/S and Conscius A/S, all well-known companies re-spected for their solutions within internal logistics and material handling

Securing the future ownership
The sale of Univeyor has secured the future ownership of Univeyor. In connection with the trans-fer of ownership, new capital has been invested in the company, meaning that the equity is now DKK 60 M.

All-time high volume of orders
The sale of Univeyor is accomplished at the same time as the company is experiencing a positive development with a volume of orders being the best in three years, which gives room for opti-mism and belief in the future.
