New customer support
engineer boosts Univeyor's UK after-sales team
Gary Wilson has joined Univeyor’s after-sales team as a Customer
Support Engineer. With 17 years’ experience at Jungheinrich to his
credit, Gary has a sound background in technical and field
service.
Univeyor’s Customer Support Engineers are on call to resolve
problems with the operation of installed equipment. They spend
most of their time at customers’ premises, ensuring that every
Univeyor installation works at its optimum level with minimal
downtime.
Gary is already enjoying being part of the hard-working
after-sales team: “As a Customer Support Engineer, I’m only a
phone call away from customers experiencing snags with their
equipment. Although Univeyor’s high quality standards mean serious
problems are rare, it’s still important to make sure that minor
issues are dealt with promptly. It all goes towards ensuring that
every Univeyor customer has a long and trouble-free working life
from their equipment.”
Gary began his working life as an accountant, but developed an
aptitude and enjoyment for repairing machinery and gradually made
this field his career. With four children up to 14 years of age,
he doesn’t have a lot of spare time, but enjoys DIY. |
