Aftersales in Norway
Univeyor has strengthened its position on the Norwegian market by opening a new Aftersales Department to satisfy the customers’ demands for more local customer support.

The new department established on 1 October is located in the Oslo area . The department is managed by 2 aftersales engineers. Mr Håvard Nilsen, Service Manager, who is a skilled mechatronics engineer and Maintenance Technician Rudi Nilsson, a skilled automation technician, who will have the main responsibility for the Norwegian customers.

Local presence
”One of our goals is to be located closer to our customers, meaning that we will be able to provide quicker assistance in critical situations. Further to the shorter response time, our local presence will mean that we are in a better position to assist with preventive maintenance through regular service visits, which will minimize the risk of breakdowns”, says Service Manager Ejnar Siig Christensen.

With this new aftersales department, Univeyor also offers its Service Management Agreements to Norwegian customers – an agreement that is very attractive and that has been in great demand for many years. Aftersales strengthened in the UK
