Univeyor establishes Aftersales
Department in Norway
- and strengthens its Aftersales
Department in the UK
Aftersales in Norway
Univeyor has strengthened its position on the Norwegian market by
opening a new Aftersales Department to satisfy the customers’
demands for more local customer support.
The new department established on 1 October is located in the Oslo
area . The department is managed by 2 aftersales engineers. Mr
Håvard Nilsen, Service Manager, who is a skilled mechatronics
engineer and Maintenance Technician Rudi Nilsson, a skilled
automation technician, who will have the main responsibility for
the Norwegian customers.
Local presence
”One of our goals is to be located closer to our customers,
meaning that we will be able to provide quicker assistance in
critical situations. Further to the shorter response time, our
local presence will mean that we are in a better position to
assist with preventive maintenance through regular service visits,
which will minimize the risk of breakdowns”, says Service
Manager Ejnar Siig Christensen.
Univeyor Service Management
With this new aftersales department, Univeyor also offers its
Service Management Agreements to Norwegian customers – an
agreement that is very attractive and that has been in great
demand for many years. Univeyor’s Service Management Agreements
are flexible and based on the customers’ demands, and are made up
of one or more modules. Having Univeyor as their maintenance
partner, customers get the best possible everyday operation as
well as improved lifetime of their systems.
Aftersales strengthened in the UK
Furthermore from 1 October, the UK Aftersales Department has been
strengthened by the appointment of additional Customer Support
Engineer to be able to meet the increasing demands for maintenance
and service from our UK customers.
